Habit 3 Put First Things First
-Work First, Then Play
-I do the thinks that I HAVE to do BEFORE I do the things that I WANT
to do.
-I spend my time on things that are most important (your “big rocks”).
-I stay focused on what I am doing. I try to minimize distractions and regroup if I get off task.
-I say “no” to the things that I know I should not do.
-I create a plan and follow it.
Habit 4: Think Win-Win
Habit 4: Think Win-Win is a belief that everyone can win—that there is enough recognition, power, success, and attention for everyone. Win-win requires at least two people. When each person benefits from the relationship, then both win. Sometimes no matter how hard we try, a win-win solution isn’t possible. In those situations, our best choice is “no deal.” No deal is better than a decision that isn’t right for both people.
